this occurs regularly, i want to try and set my sreen wallpaper to stretch from tiled,it occurs. If i type something in to the address bar to log into my router, i get to type "1" then as i press 9 it shutsdown exploerer, it occurs. if i try to open alink it occurs. i have run many malware programs and registry scanners as some sites suggest. i have tried changing the name to rundll32.exe ".bak to refresh a copy of this file but still happens. i have tried many restore points. but some restore points will not work either.
